A nice way to spend Sunday morning is (as long as there has been no bolus and outdated last night, of course ...) to rise soon, in sports through the streets of the city. Last Sunday, while the brave marathoners made their career, "Carolina Girls" (as we affectionately call our technical Carlos Estella) and other four-plus people, we did ours.
